Leon’s entry into recruitment came through his work as a contractor at a drilling company, where he eventually took on the role of recruiter for the organization. This hands-on industry experience provided him with unique insights that he now applies in his recruitment career.

Outside of work, Leon enjoys playing sport, seeing friends and spending quality time with his young family.

She has supported teams across the infrastructure, retail, and corporate sectors, gaining experience in training, onboarding, compliance, and workforce development. After establishing herself in HR and L&D, Megan gained valuable firsthand FIFO experience working as an Admin and Mine Site Support, further shaping her approach to be grounded, solutions-driven, and aligned with real-world operational demands.
